has a full-line of FreeTalk FRS radios to meet all your personal
communications requirements. The FreeTalk e (UBZ-AL14) is a compact
entry-level radio with 14 channels. The new FreeTalk EL (UBZ-AM14)
has 14 channels with 38 talk groups (sub-audible privacy tones) and is
available in black or translucent blue. Both of these models are
reasonably priced and perfect for use by families. The soon to be introduced FreeTalk WX (UBZ-GM14) is a new mid-tier model that has a NOAA weather radio built in to receive weather forecasts and a vibrate alert function for high-noise areas. The top of the line FreeTalk (UBZ-LH14) is a full-featured model that includes such innovative features as scanning, in-range indicator and voice encryption. This model is available in silver, black or yellow. A full range of accessories is available for Kenwood's FreeTalk line, including a rechargeable battery with desktop charger and audio accessories for the UBZ-GM14 and UBZ-LH14. The FreeTalkXL™ is a 2-watt GMRS (General Mobile Radio Service) radio with 15 channels and 38 talk groups. The first 7 channels of this radio are the same as the first 7 channels of a FRS radio. The FreeTalkXL™ meets military standards for durability and features a die-cast aluminum frame and polycarbonate case. This radio comes with a rechargeable battery, desktop charger and belt clip. The FreeTalk XL is widely used for hunting, fishing, climbing and other outdoor activities. |
